Bread Armor Armor French Bread Bags, 2-Pack

This bread bag works well keeping bread fresh at room temperature or in the freezer. I held off writing my review because I wanted to see how it'd work in the freezer, and have found that I use it primarily for this use, not for storing bread on the counter. It's wonderful being able to slice off a portion of several different kinds of loaves and having them available for future use without their losing moisture and becoming dry and tasteless! My only regret is that you no longer carry them, either in the long loaf size or in the round loaf size. Please bring them back!! I can't find them anywhere!! And if possible, bring them back in the other sizes as well, the variety pack and the round loaf please.

I tried the natural linen bread bags, and they did nothing to protect the bread. This is my 2nd order for Bread Armor, so I've been using the bags for several years and am very happy with them. I do wish that I could find the original variety pack of bread sizes, tho (that is the reason for 4 stars only - the variety pack had bags for ciabatta, french bread and baguette)

I love the Bread Armor reusable bread bags because in addition to being sturdy and re-closeable they are the proper size for French Bread. It also keeps the bread fresh and soft much better than linen bags. My first introduction to this product was through the purchase of a variety pack which included a baguette, a ciabatta and a french bread bag. I was instantly sold. My only regret is that the variety pack no longer seems to be available anywhere. It’s an awesome product. My only wish is that they would start producing them again, especially the variety pack.

These keep the bread fresh if you are willing to use rubber bands. The sealing device of all 3 of my bags detached themselves from the bag making it impossible to tightly seal the bag ... without the rubber bands. Also despite the stated length, mine are about 27" long into which my 16" long loaves get lost down at the bottom. But the bags do keep the bread fresh both st room temperture and in the freezer.

These bags truly extend the usable like of any bread product. I routinely take the unused portion out of its original wrapper and store it in one of these bags. Accommodates any size, easy open and close.

I just reordered these. I go to a French Bakery and buy my REAL French bread, but don't eat a lot at one time, so these bags are fantastic! Bread stays just as if fresh for days. Saw a review about bread that got soggy... Roll up a few paper towels and put in the bag with the bread...Paper towels in plastic bags works for vegetables as well. Especially delicate fresh herbs and vegetables, like tarragon and dill and lettuce.

They're narrow and good for baguettes and other long and thin breads. They do make a difference and keep the bread fresh longer than leaving them on the counter, and I'd never reuse plastic bags for bread.
