Coleman Packaway Oven

I've wanted one of these for a very long time, as an oven to use with my Coleman 414 powerhouses petrol stove it works great it dose everything an oven should but out in the field....i like cooking out in the wilderness and this is a perfect addition to my stove....its easy to setup easy to control on my stove.....it was good value for the money and dose the job it was designed to do perfectly.....so im happy !

Fab gadget. Used it in the kitchen on the gas hob rather than putting oven on. Made Muffins and all sorts of food. Did drape foil over back and sides to insulate, but that's it. Amazing thing.

I have been wanting one of these ovens for quite some time but they are difficult and expensive to get hold of in the UK. Was delighted to find Amazon had imported it at a fairly reasonable price. I took the plunge and purchased one. I did alot of research on YouTube where people have advised the temperature gauge is not accurate and it would benefit from placing a pizza stone in the bottom. So even before delivery I ordered a temperature gage and some small pizza stones for the bottom. I trialed the oven in my garden with mini spring rolls and it was fine. But as previous reviewers have said the built in temperature gauge is waaaay off and you will burn your food if you rely upon it. However I was forewarned so forearmed my oven. Spring. Rolls were crisp and turned out perfect, baked sausages came out a treat. I will be adding an insulating cover made from a welding blanket another tip fr YT I'm awaiting delivery. The oven is a real asset to my camping equipment and I can't wait for my felt welding blanket to arrive so I can try baking bread in it. Which requires the oven to maintain high sustained temperatures. Will update my review with I do.

After a lot of research I purchased the Coleman Pack-away oven for when I go fishing.Very easy to use and pack away.

Used this on our two burner Coleman dual fuel. Added a square pizza brick in the bottom and topped with a double layer of foil. Have baked prepped pain au Chocolat, middle East lamb, flatbreads, baked chicken tikka and garlic bread in this. Has really transformed our camping cooking.I keep stuff warm on the top when I have other things cooking as it's titchy. A little marvel.

Waited for years to find one as had as a child growing up ,bakes pizza ,bread ,pies use a timer 45 minutes once hot for average size loaf 12 minutes for pizza !goes on my camping stove top ,on cheap stovetop may burn stovetop a bit after a while however a small price to pay for baked goods camping

A great camping oven. I've had one before and used it for years with no problems. In fact I used it week in, week out for fishing . It finally got lost in house move,probably not packed by the wife. Happy camping.

Absolutely well worth the money.
