Good, but the Tie Dye and Grenade kinds are better
Pioneer makes a number of different styled balloons, for whatever reason, they're not just different colors and patterns but the material and sizing varies. The neon balloons are smaller and have rather short ties so, if you don't have small fingers or a device to tie off your balloons, these may be a bit of a pain. We bought two other styles of pioneer balloons, the tie dyed balloons and the hand grenade balloons, both of them are a better size and have longer ties so they're easier on those of us with bigger fingers.
