Aria TV Hd Media Box Arabic Channels Included Sports & All MBC

My experience with this product so far is really bad.screen goes blank every 30 seconds or so,, unresponsive remote, package doesn't legit, it contains device by itself no instruction page, no warranty, customer service does not exist, i sent an email to them with the technical issues i'm having, and still without responsedefinitely i would not recommend to anyone,

I bought this product four months ago and it worked just fine with all Bein sport channels till three weeks ago, when all the Bein channels became unavailable. I contacted both the seller on amazon and the manufacturer, but non of them was able to give a satisfactory answer. The manufacturer has nothing to say just it is illegal to have Bein channels although their official website claims that their product has all Bein channels.Please, don't fall for this if you are looking for sport channels, as the product does not provide an Bein channels.

If there is something less than 1 star, I would choose it.I was amazed at the beginning, when I received it. However, after only 3 weeks it started glitching, and volume stops working. Then it became worse after 5 weeks. I have to restart the device every time when the volume stops, and it happens sometimes twice per hour!!! . I hope I can return it, but I passed the 30 days ):

Hello friends, the product is great but after some time it stopped working. It says upgrade failed. I tried to find the software for a reset but could not find it anywhere. Any help?

good value for the price, easy to use. I bought this box over a year ago and waited that long so I can review fairly. The box provides all the Arabic channels and sports channels it claims it will provide though in rare occasions a channel might not be available ( usually for few hours and then it will be back). the picture quality is excellent ( HD ) and has a good wifi range. I noticed that some channels will often freeze during peak hours like during a very popular show when everybody is watching that channel. internet speed is crucial for good viewing the faster the better. over all good product, if they can fix the popular channels freeze this product will be a must have. again if you have slow to medium speed internet this product will not work very well.

I love it, I had many receiver in the past, all of them have some kind of problem. This receiver seems excellent, when I lost some channels, I just do factory reset then all channels come back. Only one small problem, if they would increase the remote control distance that is perfect.

If there is a star less than 1 star, I would give it.The channels always stop even restarting the device. I contacted the owners about the issue, but they never replay to me. They do not respect their clients.
