I bought the Ms. Cleo Tennis Trainer which is no longer available, but it looked just like this and also my concerns match those of other reviewers so I feel like this product review still applies (just trying to help) PROS:a) Forces you to move your feet since the ball return is not uniformb) Great way to train your head to stay still and focus on ballc) allows you to get many reps quickly and polish techniqueCONS:d) Ball - busted in half after 20 minutes of hittinge) You must hit a higher ball than you would in a real match, otherwise (if you hit a flat ball) the return will be too low and almost impossible to hit consistentlyMY 2 CENTSf) Notice in my video that I don’t wait for the second bounce, hit it after the first bounce or the ball will often get pulled by the string at different times (it wraps around the ball often) making it impossible to time your strokeg) Build your own, it’s the only way to eliminate frustration. I ended up taking a real ball and tying a string through it. You can do the same (and keep the base of this product) or just go out and buy a 5lbs weight , a string and a can of balls and build your own in 10 minutes.I hope this helps my fellow tennis lovers!

Purchased this as a gift and it is very well used at our home. It's a great way to practice tennis at home when we can't get to the courts.

I bought this because my little brother had one and omg I haven’t stopped playing it. It’s literally super random for me but super cool and gives me something to do during this quarantine time. Plus all my friend enjoy it as much as me too. So it’s a great toy to buy

Great tool for practice. Not for beginners, better for those with experience and would like to keep up their game and stamina. Definite learning curve for beginners. You will break a sweat either way. Nice quarantine cardio workout. I would give 5 stars but the pin does come undone every now and then which causes the ball to fly across the yard

Not even 45 mins of hitting and the ball broke away from the cord. It wasn’t even hard hitting. I was still trying to figure out how to hit the ball to get it started and getting it going.You’re better off making your own tennis trainer that will last longer than this.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a must have for everyone!Permanent resident in my car trunk now, no matter where we go.Beautiful design, solid quality, easy to maintain and set up.The only recommendation I would suggest for the manufacturer - is to update the base.1) It's a bit too light and shifts when hit too hard (though I solve this easily by putting a weight on top of it).2) the plug is virtually impossible to take out with bare fingers (I had to use a key ring).Other than that, the product is definitely great and very well worth the buy!Perfect gift too!

**edited to add: after several messages they made amends. Increased stars based on that.Do not buy! Received it over a month later. Tried to use it and the plug that holds the string into the unit flies out when you hit the ball. Plugged it back in and plug falls out again and string breaks. Contacted seller twice and they refuse to allow a return. That should tell you, it is a defective product, and they know it.

I did not find this product useful. I have played tennis for many years and had hoped this trainer would enable me to practice without a partner. I found the return to be too quick to enable me to get prepared for the second hit. My guess is that the tether is two to three feet too short. Also this product was advertised to come with a second ball and elastic tether. This was not in the package.
