No direct heat
I received my frontal within 2-3 days after ordering it. It was so soft and full. I bleached the knots and it turned out really nice.I blow dried it and as soon as the heat hit the lace it burned a hole in it. I quickly turned on cool and finished drying it. Because I was using the frontal for a high ponytail I wasnt too pressed but just be careful applying heat. Besides that I was satisfied with my purchase. I will buy again but now I know NO DIRECT HEAT. LOL
