Absolute crap.Worse than Ikea instructions. As a beginner scope this is not user friendly at all.I have been YouTubing for an hour and still no improvements. Yes, the cap is off, using the lowest mag, chose a far away spot via my viewfinder and I still can’t see a damn thing. Yes, I played with adjusting the eye scope too.Tasco offers no help via website either. No customer service chat or phone.

Fantastic Field of View with everything included with all the lenses, filter, and lenses doubler. The field of view is fantastic with my field of view to the north and south.

In the short time i have using, it has been working perfect, i started with the moon and the results are greath. What worries me is that it doesent have a mecanism to move the telescope slowly with accurate, i guess this is going to be necesary when i beginn to focus planets and stars difficult hard target, i considerit prudent to wait to give a complete opinion.

decent telescope, good price. Tasco isn't the best there is, but for the price, can't complain. Love the tripod flexibility.

It looks great and looks as if it will do wonders, but I have yet to figure out how it works! I'm wondering if it was put together wrong! The instructions don't say much at all-completely no help! I've been searching online for somewhere to take it;perhaps they can help me!

It was a free gift for 15 years of work. But....It is HORRIBLE. The instructions are non existent. I cannot see a thing through it but heck. I have no idea if I'm even using it properly. The focus lens is stuck so I cannot focus on anything. But I am just amazed at how poor the instructions are. I had to look up videos in Spanish on you tube and they were mediocre in helping. It's just a shame that I cannot figure out how to work it at all!!! Why would you sell this to people? It makes me not want to buy anything of yours in the future.

Ok, I got this for $63 at the time. Really great deal. Easy to setup and use. Love the red dot view finder, works really well. You do not have to use the book just look at the box and set it up. It is that easy. Just wish I could get another at the same price, I should have bought two. Great telescope for a first start.

I got this telescope as a work anniversary gift. It is awful. Red dot star alignment is so looses it can’t possibly line up with the telescopes field of vision. It’s like saying a broken clock is accurate twice a day.There is no fine rotation control, just push the telescope around by hand, almost impossible to finely tune where you want to point.The manual is written for assembly of a different model. Part numbers do not match (for example the tripod is listed as part H, but the instructions refer to the telescope body as part H).Don’t waste your time in this, it’ll end up in landfill pretty quickly.
