My new favorite toy!
Very versatile piece of gear. I use it to warm up on heavy Kettlebell days. For a cardio blast at the end of a TRX/bodyweight workout. I throw it on my back and take a walk..... or hit the stairs. Great as a "stand alone" too as you can switch between different exercises/intensities without missing a beat. Carefully consider your weight when buying though as it can be deceiving. I'm 55 years old, weigh almost 300 Lbs.,and have been training with heavier kettlebells (70-90 Lbs.) for years. I bought the 50 pound bag and it is definitely WAY more challenging than I expected it to be. As for quality, it's built like a tank and will take a lifetime of daily punishment.
