How big is the phone compartment in the front? Will it fit an iphone 10R?

It’s not necessarily a phone compartment. There’s a zippered pocked on the front outside that is large enough for many items. This actually has pockets and compartments all over inside and out including area for laptop. I’ve traveled with it and it’s very well made and stylish. I would def buy again.

Is the strap removable?

The long strap is removable, not the handles.

Does it have a solid bottom and will it stand up?

Not a very solid bottom and it will not stand up for me. I have a large 15 inch laptop and It’s a tight squeeze with the laptop and two small notebooks. Well-made but not practical for my needs.

Absolutely delighted

I would like to say this is the most practical and stylish bag i have seen in a long time, i am very happy , i have a packing list for my carry on case and as soon as i got this bag i took out my list, and was able to fit every thing in it without it looking bulky or over packed, my one caveat was the lifetime warranty offered with this bag. The exemptions seem to cover all use of the bag. This would not make me return the bag but buyers should be aware and read the fine print. The material is very nice,, and feels nice to handle
