Product was exactly as described. Fit my old craftsman riding mower drive belt assembly perfect. Had an issue with shipment, UPS delivered as scheduled to wrong house, seller was very quick to offer a replacement at no cost, thankfully my neighbor brought it to me and we didnt need to replace. Very good customer service. My mower works great now.

My Husqvarna tractor stopped moving when the bearing on the old flat-face idler pulley seized and the running belt sliced the plastic pulley apart. This is identical to the old one. The old one lasted for 15 years of intermittent mowing, so I can't complain. This new one works great. Tractor moves like new.

The spacer that came installed on the new pulley was too tall, but I was able to use the one from my old pulley. Other than that the pulley is an exact match to the original. Works perfectly. Fast delivery, I’d buy from this seller again.

Exact match for my Craftsman 917.275820 mower. Bearing is a little tight, but it ran fine. I wish it was a metal pulley, but its plastic like oem. The new kevlar belt I got cut right through the old pulley when the bearing froze.

When the product first arrived my husband wasn't sure if it was the right one. But it was the right pully without the extra pieces to assemble. We bought this for our craftsman riding mower and we are very please.

Had to cut the spindle down to get the correct alignment. This spindle is a good half inch or so longer than the original. Otherwise, it did the job (so far)..

Perfect fit for my Craftman LT2000 tractor.
