Right size, weak slats!

Superking; size wise it's right for the mattress. However that's where the good points end...It's about a foot off the floor to the base so you're not getting any "under bed storage" boxes under there! Then the slats are so flimsy I popped 3 off after placing the mattress by flopping down on the bed... To be honest if I can't body slam my mattress after a long day chasing kids then it's not a sturdy bed!As a temporary base it's ok but I'm not expecting it to survive long aside from it being too low and generally just bad quality.You get what you pay for!
