I had to hammer down a few of the largest pieces, but they are so perfect for pasta, and their salty flavor in the water is different than just plain table salt. This is a winner.

Very large bag (was not expecting it) but it's perfect for me as I use this for several different things, mainly homemade salt lamps, and it came with large chunks and medium chunks. Definitely a great range of different sizes and beautiful coloration. Love this stuff!

Rocks are much larger than described. Good for Salt Rock lamps. If you're making sole you'll need a larger mouth jar to accommodate the rock sizes. However you choose to use it, a 5lb bag will last a while.I've used these rocks in my bath which came with a small satchel that hung off the bathtub nozzle to allow the water to run over the rocks distributing the minerals into the bath. A friend recommend I try this for drinking purposes. He has some health issues which he could easily measure the improvements from taking a teaspoon each morning. I don't have that issue to easily measure results. But he mentioned it helps him sleep good at night, which caught my interest. So I usually take a sip of the salty sole (I don't bother mixing it with more water) and simply drink water afterwards before bedtime. I notice my sleep pattern going from an average of <4 hours to 7 hours a night.

As a wellness professional, I frequently recommend Himalayan rock salt to my patients for use in making sole. It is an excellent way to hydrate and detoxify the body. This is perfect item to make teeth and gum cleaning easy and effective....great size....one chunk usually suits for quart mason jar filled with water

GREAT for making Sole....I use the prepared Sole to sip with warm water and lemon when I awaken,also to gargle, nasal irrigation, oral irrigation plus more...I make it by the gallon, and these rocks are perfect for that .CAUTION: Use only a tsp. of Sole to 10 oz of warm water add juice of a 1/2 lemon and sip on empty stomach...It is suppose to hydrate places that need it as well as being beneficial to cleansing the GI tract...it works for me!

Not good quality. Asked to return & was refused.

I had ordered from this company before and was very happy with the salt rocks I received, so did not hesitate to order again. Very disappointed with this batch - colors vary WIDELY from deep orange to almost clear, some have dirt/plain rock still attached. If I was making sole with them it might not matter as much, but these were for a salt lamp.
