Spinach Pies

As Lebanese living in the USA, I’m very critical of Lebanese food that’s not home made. I’ve been craving Lebanese food, and since I don’t have a store close to where I live, I ordered theses pies. I was worried that they would taste bad and be a waste of money. First, they arrived way before ETA, and well packaged. nervously, I opened the box, and it was love at first sight. They look and taste just like my mom used to make them. Worth every penny and the shipping cost, because by the time I bought the ingredients and spent time making them, they would have cost the same or close. I was skeptical reading the negative comments, but I was so happy to find out they’re wrong. These are the closest to authentic Lebanese pies as it gets. Will buy again. All you have to do is microwave them for 15 or 20 seconds, they’re fully cooked. You can also freeze them.

Ordered for an autumn community meal for school play ; they arrived beautifully packed and tasted delicious to me ; warmed up and even cold; but they are lemony and the spicing is unusual and delicious ;maybe not for everyone ???They are traditional and well prepared! I thought a lovely accompaniment warmed up and served for a gathering/ tapas or cocktail party!

Since I could not find cooking instructions I bakes a few in my toaster oven 350 for 15 minutes. I was really craving spanakopitas but could not find anywhere in Vegas. I have no idea why. For what I paid for these I was disappointed. Also the box is bigger that the side by side refrigerator I recently bought. I guess these were not a good purchase for me.

Just received these amazing spinach pies. Order them on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Very quick delivery. I grew up eating spinach pies so I'm very particular about them. These mini pies are so fresh and wonderfully delicious! They are very addicting! Will order them from this bakery again for ourselves and other family members. They are that good! Package very nicely, too. Very, very satisfied with this purchase!!!

Better than I expected. I would order them again.They come packaged in a nice box completely sealed in shrink wrap.They were delivered too early so I threw the whole box in the freezer.That worked out well and they were just fine. The spinach was flavored just right.The pastry was a little different than I'm used to, but it was good.I had someone else heat them for me. I think next time I'll brush on a little olive oil before heating.
