I origionally bought Sheer Collagen Peptides for my nails. However, I have been in pain management for almost 18 years for really bad back pain after a failed back surgery in 2002. I have used collagen peptides in my morning coffee for several years. I thought I would try this one as I was intrigued by it being specifically for women. It’s not good. It does not dissolve well even with repeated stirring. It has an odd odor and definitely changes the taste of my coffee. I’ll be going back to my regular brand. Can’t recommend unfortunately

Have been using Sheer's Collagen for a while now to help with stiff knees and to keep may hair looking good. I mix it into my morning shake. It doesn't have a taste or smell so it goes great with my drink. I have noticed less knee stiffness and my hair seems to be growing faster. I now get a haircut every two weeks.
