Effective Cooling at a Bargain
These fans are a German design and feature a very smooth bearing that Arctic developed. I have noticed that when I power the system off these fans coast down over a much longer period than other non-Arctic fans in the case (the AIO cooler I used is a different brand). That is an indication that the Arctic fans (this model, at least) should have a pretty decent MTBF. They move a lot of air, I pretty much don’t hear them, and I doubt I’ll ever need to replace them before the system itself becomes obsolete. These fans plugged directly into the motherboard fan headers and effortlessly interfaced with the motherboard fan control (I used an ASUS motherboard, but I expect the fan headers follow an industry standard - so Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock… brand shouldn’t matter for this feature). These are non-RGB, so one need not be concerned with RGB control. Personally, I was concerned that too much RGB would make my system more clown car than functional. So interface was plug and play - I literally did not need to do anything else. BIOS adjustments will work through the motherboard so customization of the fan control is straight forward. These should just go along with any configuration a user sets up. Simply leaving the BIOS at factory settings is also an option - the point being; install to the frame, plug into the board, and no other action is required on the fan itself.Installation was pretty easy as well. These use an ABS plastic frame in their design - its durable, yet has some surface pliability. The installation is simply to use the provided screws which will cut their own threads into the plastic. So, while installation is simple, one needs to take care not to over-torque - these are not steel. One downside of this is that a certain amount of care and dexterity is required to maintain a straight line while initiating the threads or the screw can end up a little crooked. Not a big deal, but just worth noting. In theory one may be concerned that over time the screws would work loose from vibration and the ABS would no longer be able to accept sufficient torque. But these fans are so well balanced that their operation is glass-smooth. So I doubt vibration will be a factor. Should I discover this to change however, I’ll revisit this post. For now, these fans have everything where it counts; simplicity, effectiveness, silence and presumed service longevity. I’m pretty happy with them. And all at a bargain price, too.

Outstanding Cooling Performance and Silent Operation!
I couldn't be happier with the ARCTIC P14 PWM PST 140mm case fans! These fans offer exceptional airflow and pressure optimization, making them perfect for both case ventilation and radiator cooling. With a PWM range of 200-1700 RPM, they adapt efficiently to system demands while remaining whisper-quiet, even under load. The PWM Sharing Technology (PST) is a game-changer—it allows multiple fans to be controlled via a single signal, reducing cable clutter and ensuring consistent cooling performance. The build quality is fantastic, with sturdy materials that feel durable and long-lasting.Installation was a breeze, and the fans run incredibly silent, even at higher RPMs. The pressure-optimized blade design enhances static pressure, making them an ideal choice for restrictive airflow setups like radiators or mesh-front cases. If you're looking for high-quality, efficient, and quiet cooling solutions, this 5-pack is an absolute steal. Highly recommended for gamers, PC builders, and enthusiasts who want the best balance of performance and noise reduction!

Amazing value, love the blacked out look
Move tons of air at low silent speeds.

They spin, one has a little rattle on start up
4 of the fans work perfectly fine, but one has a slight whine/rattle when you first turn them on. After about a minute of warm up, it goes quiet like the rest. Some basic padding would have been nice rather than the rigid plastic contact points, but these things are dirt cheap. Even without anti-vibration pads, if properly mounted, they don’t rattle. Included daisy chaining was a bonus; you can easily connect all 5 of these to one motherboard chassis fan header; combined they only use a max of 0.6 amps (0.12 each), and even cheap motherboards have 1 amp headers, some nicer ones have up to 2 amps per header. I wired them directly to the power supply however so they run at full speed all the time while the system is on. These are designed to be variable speed, so I can’t attest to how they perform at different loads, but full speed they’re relatively quiet and quite powerful; besides that one that taps a little at first but calms down after a minute or so.

Solid case fans, great value
These Arctic 140mm case fans move a lot of air. Way more than my stock fractal case fans. Helped to lower temps and improve air flow.Noise: these fans are quiet up to about 85% speed where they develop a very annoying whine. The good news is you can adjust the speed to stay out of this range and it still moves a tremendous amount of air while staying quiet. The five pack is a great value for the money especially when other brands can run $20-25 for a single fan

Better than stock case fans
Replaced some fractal design stock case fans with these, very great fans. Quiet once you tweak the PWM to your noise/temp comfort. Daisy chained connections make them incredibly easy to wire. I wish they had little rubber pieces, but I don’t hear any vibration. Also, the mounting screws are very hard to screw in, because the screw carves the threads into the plastic, be careful not to strip the included screws! But you can’t beat $8/fan, and they’re actually pretty legit

Great value and quiet.
Can't beat the value of the 5 pack. Using all five in a build as case fans. Three intake and two exhaust set up to provide a slight positive case pressure. Very quiet with the proper fan curve. The 140mm version moves a lot of air without having to run them at 80+ % RPMs which keeps them very quiet. Highly recommend these fans for the price point and quality. They look good also if you are not into the RGB bling kind of thing. I am not.

Great Case Fan!
Bought a 5 pack. Arrived without any issue, all 5 fans worked fine.Didn't have any issue installing and came with extra screws.Put 2 in the front, 2 on the top, and 1 on the side.Quiet fans with great air flow with PMW control from bios.I didn't think 2cm would make a difference but it does.Great buy for the price!
