Great Regulator
This regulator os good and doesn't leak and you can install it with the flow going in any direction , it comes not setup with one direction but it can be changed with ease .

swap the ports to go the direction you desire. otherwise it leaks air and doesn't work like it should.
Ok just got this thing. I was just about to throw in the towel and send it back. here's the deal.YOU MUST Flow the air with the triangle pointer on the bottom of one of the ports. Here's the tricky part its obviously going the wrong direction for my air flow setup.I swapped the inlet and outlet ports now the gauge is on the wrong side. Remove the hex set screw on the back it has a dap of silicon don't get rid of it just take out put on the other side now the gauge port can be swapped front to back.RECAP is out of the box it was a right to left flow. Not gonna work for me. swap it over to left to right flow. swap the hex set screw front to back and everything is where its supposed to be.If you go the wrong direction it leaks air and won't regulate. I've had others in the past that did this and replaced them.It shouldn't leak air and works like its supposed to be. Ditch the regulators with clear bowls add a desiccant up or down stream if needed better yet a air dryer is the best, but the clear bowls on others will crack or leak air over long periods of time.price is excellent and seems to be of great quality.

LEAKS
Good regulator because of the flow rating, solid constructed product. I'd be totally satisfied, but IT LEAKS AIR! The leak is between the two halves of the regulator and I could not make it stop by tightening the screws. Poor quality control.

This regulator worked well for the price. I bought 2 of them. I have them hooked into my air system in my barn, running about 125 lb of air through them, and no leaks. A bargain considering the price.

Easy to install. Works as it should
I needed a new regulator for my Devilbiss compressor that is no longer made. I ordered this and it came quickly. The only thing you need to install it are a few wrenches and some white pipe joint tape. Simple to use an install. Works very well so far.

OK..but minor quality issue
Well, worked for about a month..then began leaking. Making a shrill whistling noise. There is a plug in the back of the unit, directly opposite the gauge. They placed a plug in this- HOWEVER it isn't a tapered plug- just a straight threaded plug which they coated with silicone adhesive. Aftter a few weeks this began to leak.I removed, cleaned threads, put on MANY layers of Teflon tape and replaced. Quiet now. We will see how long it lasts. I might need to buy a tapered plug if this leaks again. They should have used a proper tapered plug, not glued in the wrong part.Otherwise, no issues with the regulator: inexpensive, works fine.

Good at an inexpensive price, fully satisfied.
First, low cost, so don't expect perfection.I replaced a pancake compressor regulator that had gotten damaged, I wasn't sure about the pipe size, the 3/8 to 1/4 adapters were included, and I used them, it all worked fine. You need to use a little Teflon sealant tape at every thread joint, the adapters add a joint, so : tape, adapter, tape, regulator, tape, adapter, tape, 1/4 fitting to tools.YOU need to put it on right, there is the compressor side, and tool side. The instructions say this, look for the TRIANGLE stamped one one of the regulator connections, that tells you which is which. It was a painted over, but you can see the impression, so find it. I had to unscrew the adjustment body to thread the unit onto the compressor, I used a marker before I took it off to make sure it went back on exactly as it had been. The knob can come off if you pull too hard, just push it back on, it works fine.

Leaks Air.............. Doesn't work
Well...…….. just like many other reviewers, this regulator leaked air from under the adjustment knob from the minute I hooked it up. Took the knob off...…. air is coming out of a little hole in the top of the housing??? You can make it quit leaking if you turn the knob all the way in, but then you have no regulation of air pressure. Another reviewer suggested hooking up the air flow in reverse........... I tried that; still leaks exactly the same. Totally Worthless. I didn't try it right away and missed the return window. $20 down the drain. Should have spent $40 and got a real regulator. Do not recommend.
