Jewelry Artist : Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist Print Magazine

I've subscribed on and off since the 1990s. While it's a little expensive, it's more reasonable than many of the other titles in this genre, and always is a delight to get in the mail and pore over for ideas and information.I'm sad that they've gone to six issues instead of twelve a year, but understand that it's difficult to keep such a narrow-market periodical cost worthy and afloat. I'm glad it's still publishing, and recommend it highly.

I've been subscribing to this magazine for over 10 years. Always great articles, tools & tips, How-To's, and much more! Even though this is a great magazine, I wish there were other jewelry artist magazines available. Unfortunately, the other competitor shut down a few years ago.

I'm a metal smith/jeweler and I really enjoy the seeing what other people are making. What’s kind of trendy or popular right now helps keep me up on my business. And not just lost in my own world of the last thing that inspired me to make something crazy that probably won't sell. I'm a professionally trained jeweler so there are not a lot of techniques that I haven't seen before that they demonstrate. But I can see this being really helpful if someone was a hobbyist.

This subscription is wonderful. Lots of great articles and a must buy for anyone in the jewelry making business. Lots of helpful information for artists on any level.

Love the magazine, lots of ideas and techniques for me to explore. Sadly, no more.

I get a lot out of this magazine. The way they throw in stones with metals....and the format is such that the steps are numbered and on the same page as the picture so reference is easy. This makes it so nice! No having to skip a page. Good advertisements.A tool for the jewelry makers.Keep up the good work.

Every time I pick up an issue of this magazine, I find something that inspires me, and makes me anxious to head to the studio with a new technique to try. Beautiful illustration, and great articles make this one of the best jewelers magazine available. I keep all the back issues, and refer to them on a regular basis.
