Fabulous sound
I’ve had Sennheiser earphones for many years - they are durable, cost effective and definitely the best. The wires on these are thicker and more weighty, so I have to ensure the buds are firmly in my ears otherwise they can slip out if there is any disturbance to wires. That said I would still recommend this product.

Solid Portable Sound
These are well-made ear buds with well-balanced, quality sound, like I've come to expect from Sennheiser. Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is that the tangle-free cable is a bit heavy and gravity is constantly teasing the buds from the ears when walking etc.

The best I’ve ever owned
Excellent quality of sound across the board and they fit me well. Seem well made.

Short Lifespan
The earphones were a good fit and satisfactory sound but they stopped working after just 3 months. I would expect to get a least a year out of earphones of this price.

Great but they just don't last
I've been a big fan of Sennheiser headphones over the years and these must be about my 4th pair, and while the sound is great, they cancel out most background noise and are comfortable, they just don't last. This pair has lasted 11 months and now one of the ear buds has no sound. This has happened to every single pair I have owned. They are covered by a 24 month warrenty with Sennheiser but you have to send them off with proof of purchase and wait for them to be assessed. I have always just bought a new pair as I can't be without headphones and it seems a bit of a faff - probably the intention! This time I may do this just so I have a spare pair but I won't be buying Sennheiser's again. 11 months use is just not long enough so I'll be parting with the brand and purchasing something else.

Good headphones
Comfortable headphones with effective mike - I use these on conference calls and for listening to music - speech /sound quality on calls is excellent and the buds themselves comfortable for several hours of use (several sizes are included). However I find it impossible to alter the volume via the control - pausing, and skipping forward work well though - hence the 2 star rating for this element.

Very good sound
I've been using Sennheiser earphones for many years but these are my favourite given the fact that the sound quality is very good. At first, I thought they stopped working after 2 weeks, but it turned out the adapter was faulty.

Great sound won't get better unless you want to spend near £80
Sound quality is extremely good only reason it's not 5 stars is the controlls on the earphones aren't the best. Not very intuitive and difficult to operate while on the move.Still would definitely but another pair at this price given the sound quality is spot on.To give you some idea my current daily is a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50XMy previous earphones were Shure SE535 (until I lost them at a gig)Can't fault the sound quality as it is as good as earphones double the price and I'm not scared about loosing or breaking them.
