I love the combination of the cacao and chai blend; great aroma and flavor. Did experience some mild cramps on day 3 but nothing serious. Not sure if I will do it for 28 days! I gave it 4 stars because I have only done 4 days of the product but I do recommend this tea.

Although it tastes good, I've yet to feel energy or appetite suppressed. Am tired and hungry all the time even after drinking 2 cups of tea

Quality of tea is premium. The flavor is a delicate soft touch of chocolate notes,blended with spices of a chai vanilla undertone. Although great taste, I was looking for a richer, bolder, creamier decadent latte like drink. This was not it.

I'm trying it for the 1st time now, brewed and over ice. (I'm in AZ, seldom drink hot drinks-but will have this hot in the Winter). The aroma of the bag after it's brewed is heavenly!! Pretty good before brewing too, but I wish I could get my home to smell like it all the time after brewed. That chai/cacao, amazing! The flavor is smooth and it's got just a tiny bite.I'll update and add if the alertness, awakeness, etc kick in later.

Worst taste every . If you want a good Detox just get TeaMi colon cleans because this taste like shit

I’ve been using cacao tea as part of either The bulletproof diet or Keto diet for several years. This is by far the best tasting that I’ve found. I use it to make Bulletproof hot chocolate when I don’t want the caffeine of bulletproof coffee. You do have to squeeze the tea bags some to get the full flavorBut they’re pretty convenient since I don’t have to get out the French press.
