Don’t waste your money on this, it’s not worth it.It cuts perfectly as claimed, but the blade doesn’t perform as good as a new one. Mine is a Bosch aerotwin pair.FYI. The manual is in German, no English. There are 2 blades, one for 1mm cut, one for 2mm cut. Measurement of cuts aren’t precise, so don’t expect the cut wiper blade can still be used if it’s straight section is less than 2mm when new.

Fantastic item which gave our wipers another lease of life. Use google translate app to hover over instructions and it’s simple. Basically clean it, drag number 1 slot over the wiper in a equal forced swipe in the direction of the arrow. Then repeat with number 2. It brings off two clean cut pieces of rubber.

Handy and useful

Product was easy to use, although the instructions were only in German. It worked a treat on the offside wiper blade, but the onside blade on the wiper side still leaves a mark directly in front of the driver's vision and will need to be done again using track 2. Overall a great idea for extending the use of windscreen wipers.

Bought this as I have kids with cars which means 7 cars and a truck and as this only cuts off a bout 1mm it skims off the worn length of rubber = new wipers

Not a bad item but not good either... my wipers were squeaking, were leaving lines and were not clearing the that well. The product has given them some more life, improved the clearance but not the squeak... ultimately they trim a layer off the coated rubber blades leaving uncoated, fresh rubber... that squeak.

Make sure the rubber of the blade to be cut has been cleaned and is wet or soapy and warm when the tool is slid along the rubber. It’s easier if you remove the wiper head from the arm. One steady pull along the length of your old blade and job done.
