No owners manual but worth the investment
I really like this Mat and while I had planned to wait the coupon made it worth doing right now. My concer I really like this Matt and while I had planned to wait the coupon made it worth doing right now. I expected an owners manual that would come with instructions what each side of the mat was used for with this magical Mat actually does etc. apparently you do not get an owners manual you get no instructions other than a one page of what not to do with it. Even under how to clean it is what not to do but doesn’t tell you how to clean it. Apparently on the controller ( per company answering my question) you can set it for 36 or 12 hours but rather than an hours it says HZ which to me means hertz not hours. So I’m going to say the one side is more like a hot stone therapy but both sides radiate heat under pressure meaning you need to be laying down on the mat and where you lay you will get your far and near infrared heat. Relax and heal
My wife and I have used this wonderful gem mat every day since we purchased it in January 2020. It is an absolute blessing in our home and for our lives. It has helped me to overcome back pain and stiffness. I cannot recommend this product more! I believe that everyone would benefit from this beautifully crafted well made product.
