Excellent, new in factory-sealed box. Delivered faster than the estimated date. I was expecting to get the silver 2018 edition for the price I paid with seller discount. To my happy surprise, I received the new 2019 blacked-out edition of the ES4. I know had I bought this from any other seller at this price that I would have gotten the older version from leftover inventories. Assembly was simple, came partially charged. Was fully charged after about 2 hours. Worked great on her first ride. Softer than I expected given the reviews about solid tires. I am very happy with my purchase given all of the horror stories from different amazons sellers. I was also worried about the lack of reviews from Segway-Longway but I could not ignore the price and the $50 discount at checkout. So I pulled the trigger and I’m glad I did. I would buy this product with confidence from them again.

The external battery failed with error 46 (the error means battery overly discharged, but appeared in the middle of a trip while both batteries were charged at 82%) in the 5th day of usage. After 200km mileage, whenever I turned in the light the performance dropped dramatically to a max speed of 15kmph even in sports mode and it could not even the slightest ramp. I have to ride with an Allen screwdriver, since the 2 screws that fix the shaft to the platform get loose after a short drive with minor vibration.

I have only had this 2 days. I will follow up if things go bad. This thing is AWESOME! Cruised through mountain roads tonight in 2nd gear. 4.959 miles and had 67% battery left. I am 200lbs. Average speed was 13.00 mph and max was 20.92. Lots of hills. It MOVES on 3rd gear. The lights are awesome, Headlight lights up the street, the build is awesome, the app is awesome. LOVE IT!!! I'm using an app called Caynax and have it set to "scooter." Combined with the Segway app which controls lights and....Well, use your own judgement.

Hang on to those handle bars, Because this shhhhh is fast!! Oooooweee. I have to say that it’s even faster than the EcoReco. And although I’ve ridden it in the light rain, you have to be careful with those metal grates or you’ll slip and slide everywhere. Know when to slow down, wear a helmet always, and get a bike bell. Spending that much on a scooter they should’ve had that as a simple but needed add-on.

I like this Scooter because I don't have to change flat at all vs other scooters.Its fast up to 19/MPH. 26-28 Mile on a single charge (depends on your body weight). They could fix the brake situation and make it manual break. That's the only thing I don't like about it.

Stopped working after 2 months. Front tire is worn down and now scooter has a brake issue and has cut off on me. This thing would be great if it worked
