VERY worthwhile investment, and the company's support is excellent!
I live in my truck, and have spent time living in various vehicles in past years. At one point, I was lent a reasonably fancy battery jumper pack and learned how useful they are in general (especially for the car-living lifestyle!) and set my mind on getting one of my own. I invested in this jumper pack when I got my truck, and I'm SO GLAD I did, and I'm SO GLAD I sprung for a good beefy one with lots of power and an air compressor.Originally, I received a unit that had a temperamental/defective/old battery, and it wouldn't hold a charge for more than about a day at a time, which was frustrating. I was rather naive about how these things worked though, and figured I must just be doing something wrong. After learning a bit more about electricity in the process of setting up a solar panel, I understood more about what questions to ask, talked to some car geeks, and came to realize the battery in my first unit just wasn't behaving properly. I was well outside the Amazon return/refund window by then, but when I communicated with the seller directly about my issue, their service VASTLY exceeded my expectations! Their communication was fast and straightforward, and within just a handful of messages over only a couple of days, they'd checked with their engineer(s) and gotten clarification from me about the specific nature of the problem, determined that I should indeed get a replacement, got an updated address from me, and shipped one out. (I never even had to make a phone call, which I REALLY appreciate, because I much much much prefer using email.) The new unit arrived super quickly, especially for something being shipped for free! I was very, very impressed with that customer service, and my new unit works perfectly!I haven't had it long yet, but I've already gotten great use out of it (had a leaky tire, which I puffed up a few times to limp by before I got the spare on there and got that pressured up -- and also had a doofus moment and left some car accessories running too long by accident one weird day and so needed to jump my engine -- so I've used just about every feature already!) and it's holding charge phenomenally well, just like one would hope for. I just plug it into my car's DC cig lighter outlet whenever I'm taking a particularly long drive/have a day of abundant driving (to make sure I don't drain the engine battery in the process) to keep it topped off, and then for days at a time of being parked, it holds power and does everything I need. Mostly I keep it prepped for any emergency jumps or air needs, but sometimes if I've drained my solar power stash for the day and need to keep getting work done on my laptop, the jumper pack is a perfect backup source for that too.I thought hard and carefully before choosing this unit in the first place. After comparing things extensively on Amazon from several brands, I determined that -- out of the brands whose reputation I hadn't heard negatives about, and whose reviews looked good -- this unit was the best deal for the most features/power. I'm really glad I chose it, and thanks to the excellent guarantee the manufacturer clearly puts behind the product, I'm especially glad to have chosen this brand. Their speedy and helpful willingness to send a replacement was awesome, and because of that, I'm going to give a lot more weight to their products when I make future buying decisions, because I feel good about knowing that they'll help me out if I ever end up with something that has a defect or doesn't work out for me. I definitely recommend this product and this manufacturer after my experience so far.

I love this!
I have owned other Jump Box Power Stations. This is lighter and more powerful.I see bad reviews for Jump Boxes from people who leave them in their trunk for years then say it didn't work when they needed it. You must charge it periodically or it will die and never hold a charge again.I bring mine in every other month to charge it and after every use in between. That's why I appreciate the lighter weight. Just pick odd or even months and get in a routine. That's probably overkill but better safe than sorry. If you buy one that doesn't hold a charge from the beginning you got a lemon and should contact the company.I use this to get through Florida hurricanes. I also use it to run fans in my car if I take a nap when I travel. It has saved me more than once when my car battery died. This is safety gear everyone should own.

This review is tough. Some may call it a 2.
My first unit was faulty after about a month in after checking it and I was told it is a rare occurrence but after reading reviews, I’m not sure about that. (Negative). Customer service replaced it without issue. (Positive). Saved my ass when I had a flat and got me to where I needed to go. (Positive). Left me in the middle of nowhere with a full charge and wouldn’t jump my car. I was able to jump with another vehicle. (Hard negative because this is really what you buy it for). So with the last situation, I gotta give it a 2-3 for leaving me in the middle of a lake without an emergency life jacket to help me get home…I found a way but not because of this. That’s a no for me dog.
