Comfortable when walking

Feels rather like you are trying to balance on a golf ball as you're walking ...excruciating, and makes the problem of fallen arches unnecessarily more painful! A foot roller massages and stimulates the circulation better and is pain relieving.

Bought this as was advised nothing wrong with the item it was just to painful for me to use so still suffering

When I first got these I thought, 'oh no, they do slip off'Then I realised I had them on backwards!!! Make sure the narrow part faces the ankle and the wider part faces the toes when putting them on. They really work. Very comfy under socks or barefoot. Am planning on getting a second pair. Far superior to the fabric versions I have tried!
