Works good, easy to set up and use. Good price too.

First the good:1. Fantastic sound quality2. Great battery life and quick charging too3. Copying media to the player is a doddle (simply connect and copy like a USB drive)4. Light and easy to carry (no case is supplied though)The Bad:1. Absolutely terrible navigation controls2. For example to do volume up/down you have to press the back button followed by next/previous track buttons (which will turn the small volume number on the bottom right of the display Red). To toggle the Volume menu and back function you press the back button again3. There is a separate Power on/off button which is not recommended unless the unit is not going to be used for a long time. Holding the Play button for a few seconds will switch on/off the player.

The player arrived and was easily charged via the USB lead. The player itself did appear a little "delicate" and plasticky but it was doing what it says. Checking in the instruction book told me how to download audio books and then "get thm into the player" At the first attempt I managed that but when I checked the player the book would not play - at this stage it was in the "music" section. I checked to instruction book but as we were using the player for books and not music it didn't seem to explain the problem. This is where grandchildren come in handy - a quick call and a home visit was made and Grandad was shown what and how to do it. Now the books are downloaded into the Explorer section and work perfectly.

Sound quality:For the price the sound quality is very good and loud enough. I listen to both classical music and pop songs with Audio Technica ATH-M50x and Sennheiser headphones. But I also tried the earbuds that came with the device and was surprised it actually sounds very good compares to other cheap earbuds. Normally I don't use the earbuds that come with the cheap MP3 player. For music lovers like me who don't want to use big cell phone as music player, this small player works very well. Build quality is solid and has good sound too. Touch buttons are nice without click noises. If you are looking for a cheap and small mp3 player this one is highly recommended.

What a great music player!!! I bought this to replace my laptop for live events. I just create the 'playlist' using Media Monkey ahead of time and then download the 'playlist' to the using the included usb cable. Media Monkey will auto-level the MP3s so they all play about the same volume. The has CRYSTAL CLEAR output. By that, I mean, no digital noise from the processor, etc. Very clean, noise free output. This is very important when you're going to hook this thing into a mixer and then into a couple of 1,000 watt amplifiers.On a side note, don't waste your time or money on the MP4gain program to 'level' the MP3s because it clips, clips, and clips!

Great sound quality, good earphones. The device does what is supposed to be, however it is rather tricky to figure out the setting. Come with paper instruction, however the instruction is a little bit confusing considering English is my second language... should have been more clarification .... it is still better than nothing.. Battery life is as described I have played it for 5 days 3 hours averagely when I first received it and the battery was still good. . No problem with audiobook as far as it has MP3/WMA format..The quality = price, could not expect more or less. In general it is a good product and I am happy with it this is what I want.

This is a well made product. I hummed and harred for a while looking for an MP3 for running. I needed lightweight, good sound and shuffle. All satisfied here. It does more than I need as with most electronic gizmos, but I have hundreds of songs and no need for the additional micro SD to date. Sound quality is very good, even pushing the volumes to the limit and that again is not needed even with the heaviest of traffic around. However, as I have not seen these anywhere else, it is churlish it criticise here.I would happily recommend this product and although it is cheap, the quality has not been compromised to these cloth ears at least.
