Bohn All-Airtex Armored Motorcycle Riding Shirt (Hi-Vis Yellow, Large)

I have 2 mesh riding jackets but they are way too hot for the 80+ degree days so I bought this in hopes of getting some air movement to my upper body but still have some protection.I realize that this is supposed to fit tight to your body but I wasn't expecting it to fit like those leggings that women are wearing nowadays. Since it fits so tight you almost have to wear something between it and your skin or you will be very uncomfortable as this is very sticky feeling against the skin. So, a long sleeve performance fabric tee shirt would work underneath this.The other issue is that since it is so tight that unless you have zero body fat, you are not going to win any awards for style and appearance! There is only the 1 thin layer of mesh and your body can be seen through the fabric very easily . If you don't wear anything underneath or on top of this you will get a MESH sunburn in a hurry.I ordered the large and I am 6 feet tall and around 195 pounds - I am returning it for a XXL so that I can wear something underneath it and have it fit a little looser ( realize this may defeat the purpose but I still think an XXL will be snug once if I wear a tee shirt underneath.On the plus side, it seems very well made and the mesh fabric appears that it will allow a lot of air.Since it is so thin, I am going to by a kevlar undershirt from Draggin' Jeans to wear underneath this.UPDATE 6/3/2019: Rec'd the 2XL and the fit is almost perfect. Not as tight in the arms and shoulders and only just slightly loose around the stomach and not much longer in the torso. I normally wear a large coat so I would say that the fit of this is more like a shirt and not a coat. It is not baggy or loose any where so I don't think I am losing any protection by it being slightly loose fitting (and thus more comfortable). I do not have a gut but I am big in the upper body. If they made a 3XL I think it still would be OK because I went up 2 sizes and it still is snug in the shoulders and arms. I think they want it to be tight fitting and stretch to your body but I don't want to ride all day long in something that fits me that tightly. Should be fine now to wear over my kevlar shirt.

Came quickly and I was excited to receive and opened it immediately as the temps are hot and was going to put it on and use. Fit was perfect.........then I tried to zip it. Zipper does not work! Had to return! The Shipper did not offer exchange so I have to reorder. Wish that there were a similar product to try, but as far as I can find, Bohn is the only vented shirt whit armor available. Very disappointed in quality, assumed that it was cheaply made overseas, but was surprised to see it was made in USA. Also have a pair of Bohn pants, they stretched out. Again, wish some other manufacturer were making similar products. The concept is good, the quality is not.
