The product was nicely plated, however they weren’t very sturdy and most of them were bent. Low cost shouldn’t mean poor quality and that is what I found with these headpins. I use 23 to 24 gauge headpins routinely and they are not as easily bent as these.

Value is pretty good but they are not as strong as as I was expecting. They are still usable just not for what I wanted them for.

The headpins came shoved in small plastic zip bags with no attempt to keep them neat. The wire is a thinner gauge than others I’ve used, which means shoving them into a bag willy-nilly results in a tangled, mangled mess of headpins that are essentially unusable. Straightening them out is more trouble than it’s worth and still doesn’t result in a straight, smooth headpin. I’m not sure of the alloy used but they also have a very strong metallic smell that was worse as I worked with them and they warmed up.

These head pins are a beautiful shinny silver but they are too thin and flexible for my use. Basically they are just soft wire.

They were just what I needed for jewelry making. The metal was supple enough for wire wrapping, yet sturdy enough to hold its shape. I will be repurchasing when I run out. I was buying a similar gauge and length from an Etsy seller before I found these, and this was a much better deal for the same thing. Highly recommend.
