After having wrist surgery, I had to build up my grip strength. I placed the balls in different areas of the house for me to use once I sat down. I am happy to say that my strength in my right hand is about 95% back to normal, and it’s in part due to these resistance balls.

I have small hands, but these were too small, even for me. I am doing a hand exercise that is commonly done with a tennis ball. For me, the tennis ball is too big, and I got good results with a small racquetball.

These are great for anyone with stress. I and a family memeber use these when we are so stressed because we are hands on people and the people need to use the stress balls.
