Oblong Violin Case by Tonareli - Blue 4/4(Black Exterior with MIDNIGHT BLUE Interior)

very poor quality and only lasted 18 months. my daughter was very excited when we got this case and she took a very good care of it but unfortunately, the case started to fall apart after few months. I do not recommend this case at all.

I was looking for a high quality case for a decent amount. I found it !! This case came quickly and it is beauitful. The two compartments in this case are spacious although the one will not fit a shoulder rest, the other one will. My violin is a 4/4 and it fits snuggly and securely in this case . I must say though that although the space for the music runs the whole length of the case it is a little small width wise and it was challenging to fit my folders in. Overall this case is a good buy !

The only reason rated it as two stars was because it looks nice. The finish is very good and pockets very big; HOWEVER, I would've rated it at 1 star if not taking the finish into account. The main purpose for a violin case is to protect the violin. The case I received couldn't even fit my violin without my violin being forced inside. The C-bout pad closer to the hinges was to large. The C-bout pad closer to the lock and handle was too small and was shifted in the direction of the scroll a centimeter.

When opened, the top knocks the case backwards. Other than that, it is great.

Case broke after 1 year. My daughter is 13 and took very good care of it. The screws on the flap come apart.

Love it. Beautiful and great price. The blue is darker but when the light hits it it looks just like the picture. Nice quality. My violin is supported and isn't loose inside. My music fits well and plenty of storage inside. My only concern is the details in things such as corners and such could be better. Overall I love it. My violin is safe. Well worth the money.

It is a beautiful case, very well made. However, the description says that it comes with a hydrogemeter, humidifier, a thermometer, a string tube and shoulder straps. It does have a hydrogemeter and shoulder straps, and string tube, but did not come with a humidifier or thermometer. Mine also did not come with a key to lock/unlock the case.Other reviewers mentioned that the color is darker than pictured, which is true. I was expecting this and I am okay with the nice navy color. They also mentioned it is quite heavy. I was also okay with this, as I don't really take my violin anywhere frequently. For my needs, it works well.I am quite happy with the case itself, just a little annoyed that it didn't come with the accessories.*update: I'm pretty sure the hydrogemeter doesn't work because it has never moved from 52% humidity. The weather channel reports it to be around 15%. Not even close. Had to knock another star off :(.

Works good, but my daughter was disappointed that the blue is very dark unlike the image shown.
