Nice phone
I originally had this phone when I switched to cricket in 2018. I’ve since moved to Apple, but decided to get this phone again as I’m starting a new job and want fm radio. And it was front flash!!

Good phone ,at a reasonable price
My husband finally gave up his flip phone. He took right off on this phone, I was afraid he would have trouble, but it was easy enough for him to figure out with little help

Inferior performance
Was not impressed by its overall performance. Took 2 or 3 or more presses to bring up an app. The browser was the same. Regardless of what one it was. Reasonable backup phone otherwise don't waste your money.

Complete Disappointment
I purchased this phone new just four months ago and other than a pretty decent camera it's practically useless. The battery dies less than 10 hours after a full recharge even with minimal phone usage, the notification settings don't work correctly, apps freeze randomly, and it took hours of research to figure out how to disable the constant intrusive ads that popped up and blocked the screen right out of the box. The final straw was the *second* time I was out driving at night and relying on Google Maps for directions.Since Motorola claims the phone is under warranty for 12 months I've submitted a request for a refund so I seriously hope this seller's poor reviews aren't a bad sign. I'll update this review to show how this request is handled.

New phone same kind not working properly
I have had the exact same phone and I dropped it and shattered the screen. Even though the phone worked fine I bought a new from Amazon. And this phone is nothing like my old one. It's very slow and I have problems opening apps. One day they work fine and in a couple of later they do not. I have problems with my data service staying on. I am not sure what is wrong. It has done this from the time I got the phone.
