Beware of sharp edges!
Apparently there is a German company behind these feeders, but don't go expecting German quality!Very flimsy and there are lots of very sharp edges that will cause injury to chicken's wattles and combs.I have used duck tape around all edges to make them softer and have had to grind off sharp ends on the wire cage lid.It's in use now and does do a good job but time will tell of how long it will last.I doubt that I would buy another one of these, will probably spend extra on a better quality one.

Razor sharp edges
The trough is fine, except it took me thirty minutes to File them down so keep myself and the flock safe. All the edges of the legs were sharp enough to slice onions!It's lightweight but sturdy and was packaged very well.

Very dangerous! Do not buy! Hurts chickens!
I never usually do reviews or complain about anything but I love hens too much to keep quiet about this dangerous product. The edges are INCREDIBLY sharp, and I opened the coop this morning to discover one of my poor hens dripping in blood and leaving blood trails all over the barn after cutting herself on the feeder trough. It really is very dangerous and should not be for sale!

Good feeding trough
Seems like a great mid sized feeding trough. Made from lightweight aluminium, one of the legs was bent when we received it but it wasn't a problem to straighten it out. It obviously had some rough handling during its delivery. Suitable for ducks and chickens.

Arrived bent beyond belief. Replacement arrived with no problems but bent out of shape due to 3 chickens using it for a week
