Based off reading reviews and someone posting bolt hole specs I decided it'll work for me. Nope, mounting holes could line up. If I loosened the 2 tension screws I could get the 4 mounting holes to line up but then when I try to tighten the tension screws again it'll be very snug tight and not even take up the tension on the rings leaving the pipes loose and able to slide up and down. But overall for the price and being metal not cheap plastic can't be beat. Best for simple type of holding rods/gaffs, small lake boats or coolers/docks, light lake trolling or like I was planning on just as a spare rod/gaff holder. I DON'T Recommend it for heavier trolling as seeing how the mounting brackets are it'll bend very easily

THESE REPLACE THE PLASTIC HOLDERS THAT ALWAYS START BREAKING. NOW THEY HAVE THEM THAT YOU CAN AFFORD WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK

I installed these on my boat and am very pleased with their performance. Do not hesitate they are good.

Mounting brackets are flimsy and bend easily

I used these to replace old plastic holders. mounted using 10-32 bolt and nut so it would support my net fully extended.
