Wax Melter for Soy, Paraffin and Bee's Wax Candle Making Easy Pour Valve, Also Can Be Used for Soap Making

This wax melter is heaven sent!! It would take me HOURS using a melting pot on the stove before. Today I used it and was able to make over 30 large jar candles in half the time. It melts pretty fast but not too fast! I had enough time in between batches to wick and heat the jar for the next round. I was able to stir 3 pots at once rather than one at a time which is super important to me because I'm a busy lady! Very happy with my purchase!

So I am pretty annoyed because what I ordered (per the description & the photos) and what I got are two different things. I ORDERED a wax melter that SAYS it was made by Soylite, based on the description and photos. What I RECEIVED was a FreshTech canning heater made by Ball. It has no temperature settings on the side, just heating dial with CANNING temperature guides. This is such a disappointment, but the BIGGEST disappointment by FAR is that if I had WANTED a canning tool, I could have just BOUGHT a CANNING heater myself for $118 instead of the ridiculous markup and bait & switch I bought here from Soylite. This is so deceitful and unethical, seller should be penalized or refund me the difference. It's one thing to know you are buying a product at a markup and be ok with it - it's completely different to be sold one product based on description & photos and then fulfilled with something totally different for the same price. VERY DISAPPOINTED, SOYLITE.

Allows for large batches of candles to be made fairly quickly. Heats up fast and allowed me to make many large jar candles in record time. Easy to use and a great purchase.

A couple of problems, the tap does not work well so wax needs to be spooned from the melter via a ladle. Also when we assembled there were no instructions. The base loosely connects to the metal container and ours detached once assembled and the plastic cracked into pieces. Would not buy this again.

I really wanted this wax melter to work for my soy wax, however, even at the "canning" setting, the temperature of the melted wax would not go above 177 degrees. I used three different thermometers to make sure, but all three read the same temperature. The description stated that it can go up to 180 and contents will not exceed 215 degrees.Unfortunately, it would not go that high for me. Maybe I received a defective product? Who knows... but I will have to return the product and try a different one from the seller that reaches a higher temp.I gave it 3-stars because even though it would not reach a high temperature, it did melt the wax pretty fast. Also, I like that the pot is easily removable from the heat source and it was very easy to clean. I also liked that it came with a large glass lid and it was an easy pour through the spout.

This wax melter is the BEST!! This is one of the best purchases I have made for my business so far. This melter is very easy to use. I can make large quantities more efficiently. I wish I had purchased this sooner!

They lied in the Description. It’s a ball product nothing they made and does not have a temperature gage only has a low medium high and canning gage.
