I was thinking if I need to get one of this to make my squat correct, but I see the reviews most people say it smaller than except. When I receive the mat yeah is little smaller than I thought But not bother me cause I just want to sure my posture is correct.

I’m in love
I’m in love with this mat i’m in a squat challenge, and I was having doubts that I was doing it wrong, but this Mat has helped me with today’s squat challenge I opened it I think I received it and I went to work on it and let me tell you I did 50 squats and each of the different positions on my feet and let me tell you my lower body is on fire. Can’t wait to see my butt for this summer. Hopefully I could come back and give an update of a picture of my 🍑 bottom

This is a great tool, but it is a little smaller than I expected.

I bought just to make sure to position my feet on the right range for squats, but I found that it is very useful to do planks, to support my knees, my elbows. Many more benefits that I wasn't aware or realized before buying it.
