Looks nice but leaks and parts take weeks to arrive
Looks nice but haven’t been able to use it yet as it has a leak. Had a plumber come and look and he said it’s a faulty washer. Emailed the company and they were quick to say they would send out parts, it’s been three weeks and still no shower parts as they’ve come from China. Would love to have known that when I asked for parts as I would have just sent it back. Company don’t really seem to care that it’s faulty and haven’t offered a replacement, was hoping to have showered by now.The shower itself looks okay, some parts are different colours as shown in the picture and clear plastic shows. The pipe for the small shower head looks cheap and is a bit of a greeny colour.Will update when I can try it out properly.
