I liked the idea of having one pole with multiple cleaning heads, would have been 5 stars but the labels are superglued to the foam handle. When removing the handle, I ripped off part of the comfort foam. When removing the label on the wood portion of the pole, it pulled off the wood varnish finish. To the manufacturer - there are ways to improve this so that you do not allow your labels to RUIN the product. Ridiculous.

Handle is super sticky because of glue from label (right where your hands go id you were to sweep) and varnish came off with label also. Item came in 3 pieces???? No instructions or way to attach plastic parts to wooden handle???

We bought the 48" broom with handle combo back in February. It has already broke. I have emailed (3 weeks ago) & called & left a voicemail & have heard nothing back. They claim to have a lifetime warranty yet I can't get thru to a person or even a response from this company. This is just a household broom & we are by no means aggressive sweepers. I am beyond disappointed. I had hopes for this company. We were just looking at getting the mop attachment. Unless resolved we will NOT be doing business with this company.

I bought this in hopes of limiting my plethora of messy utility cleaning devices. I bought this and the longer metal handle so I can cover outside stuff as well. This is heavy duty, i'm very happy. I've purchased different heads and my only complaint is the company shows on their site a great organizational hook things for all the heads. It's "coming soon"... for a while now. I really would like to get all the pieces hung up... however, that's beyond the scope of this little broom. It's a nice soft head I use indoors. Works great. I love the whole line of heads so far

Although it arrived on time and I like the fact that it has a wooden handle instead of a cheap hallow aluminum one that can break. My issue is with the actual broomhead itself. I was sweeping up against the edge of a wall and the plastic cracked on the head the attachment. If the sperm is this much and it still breaks like one of the cheap ones I would rather invest more in getting a metal one.

My friend has a broom that has the softest bristle ever. Her broom got left behind by some contractors who had painted her apartment. There was no brand name and since technically she probably should have offered to return it, so we couldn't exactly call them up and ask the brand name. I researched soft bristled brooms and decided uponthe SWOPT. In all fairness, it isn't their fault that their product fell short of what I wanted. But the bristles are just too stiff for what I was hoping to get.

This is a great broom. It does the best job sweeping my floor. The handle is wonderful and very comfortable on your hands when using it. As an older woman, that is something I greatly appreciate. Love that the handle is interchangeable and can be used with the rough surface push broom head I purchased at the same time. Highly recommend giving this brand a try.

Broom arrived with several bristles bent or broken. Cannot bend them back. Had to trim several of them as they were sticking out in all directions. SWOPT products are usually better quality than this.

This broom head has very good bristles, I imagine this will not permanently bend and split and die as quickly as other brands but since I don't kill "other" brands like my mother and mother in law does, it should easily last me til maybe 2030? lol

Love this broom, thought it was a bit on the pricey side but was not liking the brooms I had previously purchased. The bristles are soft but seem to pick up everything. Did lose a few bristles on first use but it seems to have stopped after a few uses.

This is the broom I was always looking for and the last broom I'll ever need.
