Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item - it was too large to fit into our Dymo machine. I emailed the provider and my mail was returned to me and I am at a loss as to how to arrange an alternative item. So, to summarise, I will not be using this method for purchasing further supplies of Dymo products in the future.
