I just received my letters and they do not fit my letter board well. When I stand the board up all of the letters fall out.

The actually letter holder is wonderful! The subdivision offers plenty of space for all letters. The letters and characters provided on the other hand are horrible. They are skinned compared what comes with the smaller boards and do not easily hold on the board. They kept falling off multiple times, and kept having to be replied. Wouldnt buy again

Great quality. Not junky. My co-workers are having a blast changing the sign each day!
