This is one of the best products I have used. This is now an integral part of my workout gym kit. I use it before work out to improve blood circulation and pump and also reduce muscle soreness thus helping me to do more reps in the gym. I have also used it for minor muscle tightness, soreness etc with equally effective results. Only one issue the price earlier was 1490/- which has been drastically increased now to 2600/- making it expensive product. I only bought it again because of it's effectiveness.

Very nice product. Gives you the warmth for your inner muscles when you are sore or injured or suffering for stiffness in muscles. But the amazing thing is you can also use it pre and post workout. I lift weights and I use it pre workout just rub a few amount on the muscle area you want to workout and the blood start pumping into the muscle which helps to increase a bit in the repetitions and nice pump.I had some amazon delivery issues and the problem was solved by the company Director personally calling me, she a is very jovial person and took my feedback seriously.Definitely go for it if you are an exercise freak like me!P.S. I like the balm smell

Product is too good it keeps the joint warm for 2-3 hours but that product I received is about to expired mfg 2018 and expire 11/2021 it has a remaining validity of app. 9 months.

I had a severe stiffness in my neck because of which I tried this product . It has given a tremendous relief in my neck muscles and has helped in better blood circulation as well.

Name a pain (muscular) & this one takes care of it in a jiffy. Post application work as usual as if nothing had happened. Not required to apply again in same area of pain. One application takes care of it. No odour, water soluble but need to wash hands because its a chemical afterall.
