Torino Modern Linen-Upholstery Futon with Wooden Legs, Dijon

I like the easy assembly. So far sturdy, nice looking not comfortable but youcan use bed pillows with matching cases for comfort. After a while I don't notice the hardness. I bought this for my daughter and first born grandchild so she can have a safe spot to put bassinet, swing etc while relaxing in the living room. As you can see you can recline one side and leave the other up. This is what I was looking for. Very satisfied. I would only buy if the price is $250 or lower. Price fluctuates a lot depending on color and demand. If your gonna buy for bed purposes, I would buy aair mattress or memory foam for it.The look is modern and nice. For $250 I would purchase again. Oh, and shipping was fast, like 3 to 4 days with all that's going on.

Good price, good style, very firm.After buying a new home we have spent a great deal of $ on furniture. We now have two living spaces, cool but expensive to furnish. We bought an awesome sectional for the primary living space. It’s the kind you could fall asleep by accident, has great style, but cost a pretty penny. Safe to say comfort is a big deal for me.For our secondary living space we were looking for cheap price and function to sleep additional guests but as that doesn’t happen often mainly a good looking couch. This futon is great in terms of capability to become a sleeping arrangement. It also very stylish. However, it isn’t that comfortable. It’s not the kind of couch that you and some friends will forget you are sitting on as it is VERY firm. It’s the kind of couch that adds a cozy feel to a space without adding tons of cozy comfort. I plan to add many comfy pillows to it for everyday use and perhaps a mattress pad cover for when someone stays over. At the end of the day this futon is great for an office or a secondary living space. And let’s be real for the price ($250), maybe my expectations were a bit unrealistic.

I absolutely love click-clack couches. They take up little floor space, compared to pull out sleepers, and the midcentury look is fabulous. That said, this couch just fell apart today, less than a year after I received it, and it has had little use in my spare room. The assembly was not horrible, just frustrating. All the parts were there, the directions were adequate, and the predrilled holes eventually all worked to create the structure. But the tiny little tools were a bit off, and the holes in which to put the various bolts were placed so that at no time could I get any torque, and had to keep adjusting the tool to get it to tighten the screws and bolts. This is poor design or engineering. The couch is in two parts lengthwise as well as the folding down mechanism, and there is no real way to keep the two halves together except for the funky middle leg bolts. These came off the couch this evening. I have been very careful during my one move, hiring professional movers. The cloth on the underside is glorified paper toweling which can be fragile, and the zipper on one side barely worked. The blue fabric attracts every dust particle and cat hair in my house. And last, this couch is so uncomfortable to both sit and sleep on, that I am not going to miss it. My only regret is that there really is no recourse to get back some of the money I spent to apply to the purchase of a much higher quality couch.

It took two days to arrive. Thankfully I had it delivered to my work office and everything got delivered in great conditions. I live on a second floor apt, the box was quite heavy to bring up so I ended up bringing everything up by parts w the help of a coworker. Before assembling it I make sure nothing was damaged, no staples were coming off or anything like that, counted and separated each screw and other stuff to make sure none was missing. The instructions were super easy to follow. I read on the reviews about the middle leg, i was pretty nervous and hopeful for it to no break or being delivered damaged it didn’t but unfortunately it is pretty weak so if you are going to move the futon around constantly try to keep that middle leg in mind. Another thing, IT IS HARD AF!!! Lol if you just want to chill watch tv sitting in it that’s cool but if you are planning on also sleeping in it like me, you are f***ed! I kept waking up throughout the night because of how uncomfortable it is to sleep on it. So far, I’m ok with my purchase as I really love the look and color of it.

Love the color! The combo of color and price is what attracted me initially, and the set up was crazy easy! Pretty comfy, on the firm side (which I prefer), and great quality finishing. Plus, free shipping with Prime, which you can’t beat. This couch also doubles as a good overnight fold out, which we haven’t tested yet, but seems like it would do a good job for a short time frame as a guest bed. Definitely can’t be beaten as far as being a cool conversation piece in our modern mix/mid century living room!

Color is more of a pinkish beige. This sofa was the perfect size for what I wanted and looks nice when assembled. However, the assembly was a bit challenging. . One of the arm bolts would not screw in and then I discovered it was because an upholstery staple was sticking up through the socket opening. Staple could not be pulled out, so it required me using needle nose pliers to carefully twist the protruding staple end until it broke off flush. Bolting arms and legs into the frame of the sofa was also challenging due to the fabric lining and frame construction design making it difficult to access and tighten the bolts and screws. I like a firm cushioned sofa, but this one is like sitting on a wooden chair or bench without any padding. As soon as I can afford it I will buy a better quality sofa to replace it.

Looked great; no durability. Bought this couch three months ago and already the cushions are uncomfortable and there’s rip in the upholstery. I don’t recommend this product for anything other than ornamental furniture.

We love the way it looks and complements our living room...the legs are a pain to put on and one of them broke due to the screws in one of them being too thin, I fixed it by screwing in 2 thicker screws and problem solved. It's not on the comfortable side but it's definitely not uncomfortable either. All in all we are happy with this purchase and looks great after put together.
