Bach Rescue Sleep Liquid Melts - 60 Count

As one gets older it is harder not to wake up early and so I decided to try this about a year ago. I love it. Great flavor and nice to be gummy, so no after taste or digestion issues at bedtime. It relaxes me to sleep with 30 to 60 minutes and helps me to return to sleep if I awake and finally to awake without drowsiness.

Work great to help my kids settle to sleep. It doesn't keep them asleep all night but they do fall asleep easily.

I take two Rescue gummies about a half hour before going to bed. They help me to relax and set me up for a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!

I would hate to be without these Bach Sleep gummies. They work really well for me--both falling asleep and staying asleep. I've been taking them for a couple of years now and they've never failed me--plus they taste good. I was able to get them at a lower price via Amazon subscription for a while, but then got a notice that they were being discontinued as a subscription item because they do not ship well during the summer months due to heat. However, I haven't seen them offered again via subscription despite the fact that summer's now over. I would like to see them offered at a lower price. Currently they sell for the same price as my local health food store charges, but I continue to use Amazon because of the convenience of having them delivered to my home.

A mi particularmente no me sirvió este producto, ni da sueño, ni lo induce, ni tomando horas antes porque es natural, ni media hora antes como dice el empaque. Para mi un dinero perdido.
