BONANGEL Merino black Wool Socks with a red line work great for this woman.
Bonangel Merino wool socks for men work great for this woman, are soft, well-made, and keep me warm, including today's high of 8 degrees. I bought the ones with the red line and have worn them for 10 days. I have shoveled in 25 degree weather and my lower legs are warm while my thighs turned red and were quite cold. Like good wool, these are not hot to wear in the house. My skin stays at an even temperature. So while I can't guarantee the wool content other than what their label says it is, they behave like wool when I wear them. The wide elastic-y band at the top (1 1/2" when worn) doesn't dig into my leg but they stay up after 2 washings. I machine wash and line dry them because that's what I do. The weave is very close so the feel is soft yet sturdy. Maybe that helps keep the cold air out? These look like nice dress socks but they have become my go-to, daily winter socks. They came on time too. I wear a ladies size 8.5. The heel is a bit long but doesn't show with pants or boots and is comfy. I love that these are thin.

Happy with this purchase
Great socks for the price. The wool is soft and warm while still remaining thin and professional looking. I get chillblains on my toes in the cold but these are a great option for work if i'm not wearing my thicker Darn Tough socks. They fit securely while not being too tight to make my chillblains worse. This is my second purchase since I wore the first pack so much and didn't have enough wool items to make a laundry load. Only issue is they pill after your first wear but it's something I can live with since they feel better than other wool socks I've purchased for twice the price on REI and Backcountry. These are a great daily wear. For hiking, I still prefer Darn Tough.

Great socks for the money
Nice, thin 70% merino wool socks. They quite stretchy and soft and I've used them cycling and they're comfy. I'm a 9 1/2 and the length of the foot is fine and the length is a touch long but fine. I'll keep an eye on longevity but I would certainly buy them again.

Very Comfortable and Affordable Argyle Socks
After reviewing my options on Amazon, I chose this package of 3 sets of Argyle Socks which have now been delivered. I preferred this set that is made with Merino Wool versus all cotton socks as I find them more capable of managing perspiring feet. The socks are very comfortable and fit on my feet easily. The package of three was also very reasonable for the high quality.

Just the right weight
Very happy I took the chance with these, after trying on so many too-thick socks. They're thicker than dress socks, but not as thick as boot socks. They also are uniformly thick, no extra cushioning – which I like cuz my favorite shoes would be too tight otherwise. And they're keeping my feet warm but not sweaty!I've washed them a couple times already so they seem well made. They're 70+ percent Merino wool, which most wool socks just can't match. The only downside is they can feel a little slippery inside the shoe compared to cotton sox but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Finally, a tip to the manufacturer: add the tiniest bit of color somewhere; it would make the all-black socks look even more premium (in my opinion).

Great socks and a good price
I got a four pack for under $20 and I think that's a super price, for Merino wool socks. I just got these a week ago and have worn them a few times. I am bit particular about socks. I started wearing ankle socks some years ago because most of the taller socks are a little tight about the calf (because I like to think I have huge, muscular calves, due to years of playing basketball ;-)At my job, for some reason, they keep the temperature pretty cool so that, in the winter, my legs are cold. I also started some biking to work and I really need taller socks for the Colorado mornings. So far these are perfect, not too tight and not loose. And they are cozy and warm. Really happy I bought them.

Great socks! Very comfortable, look great!
I bought these socks to compare to a pair of Darn Tough men's dress socks. These are more comfortable and have a higher wool content. I wore these outside in 20 degree weather and was warm the entire time. Three pairs for less than the cost of 1 pair of the other socks. I will be buying more!Easy to wash using Woolite in a sink. Quick and easy.

Premium Wool Socks
My husband needed new black socks for winter that are nice enough to wear with dress shoes. After searching and trying some other options, I bought one pack of these socks. They were so great that I got rid of the others and bought another pack. These socks are soft and well-made, with no beads or loose threads. They also stay in place all day and never got too tight or loose throughout the entire day 07:00AM-09:00PM. They are thick enough to be warm but airy enough that your feet won’t sweat. He’s really enjoying them.He usually washes the socks on delicate and hang dries, so these should be good for years to come.
