I recieved this product today while I am at work, I didn’t see the reviews until after I already purchased the item, but I must say this little earbud is awesome!! I can listen to music while at work answering the phone or having to help customers and I can’t wait to use at home to watch on my phone while getting things done around the house.

Why all the bad reviews?????
Don't know what is going on with all these negative reviews, but this product works fine! My main concern was that I would be heard clearly by the party calling me. It works perfectly.

The description is wrong
First, there is only One Ear Bud. Second the Bud does fall out of the ear. My ears might be to small. The sound is ok, it can be loud. Plus, it only charge up to 90%. I do like that I can also hear what is going on around me. I could have brought this on Wish.com lot cheaper. The pairing is easy. it has no mic.

“Bluetooth Earbuds...” is the opening of the description: plural. I thought I was getting a pair, but there’s only one earbud: I felt very misled. Requested a refund immediately.

Literally arrived with only one earbud. I’m processing the exchange now and will update when I get those.

False advertising
Do not buy this product. I was supposed to receive two headphones, only got one. The product was poor quality and not at all what I wanted. Complete waste of money, definitely getting a refund

False advertising: these are not headphones. It's a bluetooth headset for hands-free cell phone use, despite the company's use of misleading plural nouns like "headphones" and "earbuds".
