So fun, everyone loved it and it was the first gift to be stolen 3 times and frozen at the gift exchange. Loved all the music boxes and had a hard time making a final decision so I bought 3 different ones.

We purchased this item excited about adding it to our Christmas decor. The first time it arrived, the music box spun really really fast like the gears were unwinding uncontrollably. So we replaced it with a new one. That arrived yesterday. Both sleighs had come unglued, and one was broken, and the center platformWas shaky and off center. Very disappointing.In addition, looks like our refund could take up to 37 days upon receipt…wow.

Adorable, uniquely crafted. Train is removable, drives around magnetic track while music box plays Christmas tune. Grandkids ages 6&3 loved it!

This is darling. Well made and makes pretty music.

The first one that I ordered would not play music, so I requested a second one. After receiving the second one and taking it out of the box, that one fell apart. Very disappointed. Even if they would have worked correctly they are not worth the money. Very cheaply made.

I am sending this back. Something inside isn't allowing the music box to play (It plays intermittently) Seems very cheap, though cute. Also very small.

The wind up mechanism was broken.
