The specs are great - 16GB Ram and the SSD are excellent with a good Intel i5 processor all in a Lenovo 2-1 with stylus - what a perfect item to take on the go! Took this on a long trip and easily remoted into work with this and it starts quickly thanks to the SSD - also has Win10 but immediately offered me to upgrade to Win11 during setup! I paired this with a bluetooth mouse and a separate 14-inch portable monitor (from Amazon, under $100) and it works perfectly. The one minor drawback that I would change if I could is that it requires a special sized charging plug rather than USB-C, but it has a fully featured USB-C that let me easily connect to the extra monitor. I bought a second charger on Amazon for about 20 bucks just because it's a unique one that is needed so I can keep one at home and take the other one with me - good to have a spare. I'm buying another one as a Christmas gift, it's so good!

So I did have issues with the first laptop I got. However Adam from Computer Deals took great care of me. They sent a replacement device and even sent me a new cmos battery. Great job! The new device is great and is a super deal for the price.

So, this laptop is a mess. Hardware-wise, it's great. It's a Lenovo business laptop and it's got decent power. Not great, but it's a few years hold, so it was to be expected. What is absolutely infuriating me is the fact that the drivers/devices are COMPLETLEY screwed up. The trackpad is listed as a "mouse" in device manager, meaning that any multiple finger swipes (including two finger to scroll) is just impossible. The monitor is stuck at 100% brightness because that driver is also screwed up. I've tried restarting it, completely wiping the machine, and I can't. It will literally not let me restart the computer. I would return it, but I need the computer. I need a software fix ASAP and I can't even contact the seller directly. Not looking good so far. If I can somehow fix this within a week? I'll be fine. If I don't hear anything from the seller AND/OR can't fix this, it will instantly be returned.

Came even smelling like new - mostly got it to try out the form factor - enjoy using it in tablet mode around the house. All the specs matched - and when using it - it is a fairly snappy machine - especially for the price. The one little mix up was with the pen. The one it came with - is for a different model. It fits in the slot and works - but cannot charge. I had ordered a pen - then was pleasantly surprised to see the pen came with it - then was back to ordering the correct pen. But all in all a good little machine.

This laptop improved my quality of life XD, I love it.The touch screen works better and smoother than expected also the pen is very good.It's fast and versatile.The battery is not that great though mine lasts for about 2 to 3 hours max but nothing unexpected.A very good deal for it's price.

I love this touchscreen laptop. The keyboard is hinged so it can moved out of the way if you just want to use the touchscreen. Quality throughout. This smaller screen is more useable on my lap, kitchen table and airplane. My 17.3 inch laptop is too big for some uses that's why I bought the smaller one

I'm really happy with my new laptop. It's fast and has a great battery life. The only downside is that it came with Windows 10 instead of Windows 11. I was able to upgrade to Windows 11, but it was a bit of a hassle. Once I figured out how to turn on the TPM 2.0 requirement in the BIOS, the upgrade went smoothly. Overall, I think this is a great laptop for the price. It has a few minor scratches on the front lid, but they're not a big deal.
