Perfect! Just as described, easy to set/change code if needed...sturdy and so far it has held up great even in inclimate weather conditions. When I left my bike in the park overnight and someone tried to cut the chord portion of this lock and albeit the numerous marks showing they tried several times, they were unsuccessful. Definitely will buy again and definitely recommend.

I ordered this 6 foot cable lock and immediately loved it. I attached the bracket to my bike for quick and convenient storage. After a few weeks of enjoying the product, my combination got out of line and there was a "mechanical issue". Alerting Titanker to this, they responded immediately and though I was unable to reset my existing lock they made sure to send a replacement. Excellent customer service! I hope the new one is better.

It worked for a couple weeks and now all of a sudden my code doesn’t work anymore and my bike is permanently locked to my car until I can figure out how to get it off. Can’t wait to spend more money on a lock that is actually functional!

Great lock for the price. Super easy to use, no issues so far.

It’s not that easy to use because it comes in circles and it’s hard to unroll the cable, does not stretch so easy

It stopped working after 2 uses.

We followed the directions to set the lock but it does not work and we cannot open it. WE have watched several utube videos trying to crack the code, but no luck. Very frustrated with product. Not sure if we can send back for you to open?
