The previous purchase of this item was made with a cotton cover but the new one has the feel of polyester and is not as comfortable to lay the head on.

My Pillow
I was very disappointed in the pillow. The filling is not in it. When you suffer from bad back and neck and really need the pillow. Now in order for me to use this pillow, I will have to buy more filler.

Great for shoulder pain.
I have had shoulder pain when sleeping for years. I bought this pillow in hopes it would help and it most certainly has! Worth the money.

Good for my neck

There is almost nothing to this pillow. It doesn’t have much filler in it. It weighs nothing if you want to travel with it. The ear hole has a button in it which is worthless as the material won’t hold it.Disappointed in this product.
