Solid built, durable, accurate are the best words to describe beurer products. I strongly recommend this product for hospitals and clinics.

This product performs as intended, but it is not suitable for infants.

1. Biggest plus is that it operates on ordinary AAA cells 2. Expected a bulkier product in view of the above. Pleasantly surprised by its small size and light weight despite using ordinary batteries 3. Value for money

The top label is somewhat misleading: It hides the bottom one, the one that clearly states that the pulse oximeter is made in China, not Germany. However, this is not a deal breaker for me. Rather I found the autorotate feature very irritating. Also, there is no battery indicator, no perfusion index, and the graph is quite unstable.
