Air Suspension Compressor w/Dryer 4891060021 Replacement for Toyota 4Runner Lexus GX470 4.7L 2003-2009 Part# 48910-60021 4891060020 AKWH

It works great and appears to be of identical quality to the factory unit to me.My 2003 4Runner's 17 yr old original compressor was in rough condition. I tried to rehabilitate it, silica gel in the dryer had become a water reservoir and further disassembly to assess the compressor's condition resulted in the snapping of multiple frozen bolts so I decided to just give this replacement product a go, and I'm glad I did.In my particular case, removing and installing the compressors also resulted in more damaged or misshapen mounting bolts and other fastening hardware damage that required replacement. So if rust and corrosion has had its way with it over the years... Keep that in consideration, too. I did replace some mounting bolts by just going to the hardware store and trying to replicate their designs using washers and it worked fine.

After 3 hours of tearing out the old air pump and installing this brand, I had to spend another two hours to uninstall it and fix the pump as it had the nozzle installed backwards. See photo. Poor quality control.

Works good

It comes with rubber bushings. Since it wasn't shown in the product picture, I've got them from Lexus, cost me $21. So, savings right there. I didn't noticed any change in sound or performance when compared to original, works great. Lexus price is $1800.As a note to the seller, since you already including bushings, few bolts with bushings would be helpful for the installer, original bolts will most likely be rusted and will need replacement. Standard metric hardware would do.

Had somewhat less power than oem, but installed quick.

This went out 3 months after I purchased it. Had to buy another one.

We used this to replace the oem one that was faulty. Works great, slightly louder but who cares when it does what it's supposed to.
