## Description

desertcart.com: Mactso Vintage Canvas Messenger Bag for Men Women, 13.5 Inch Laptop Satchel Shoulder Bag with Multiple Pockets, Crossbody Bag for Work Travel College (Black) : Electronics

Review: Excellent, flexible product - Absolutely fantastic satchel. It’s great for day to day use for a stack of papers 1” thick or so plus a laptop in place of a backpack or briefcase (doesn’t carry as much as those of course but still a lot). Think perfect “murse” (if that’s not too politically incorrect). It’s also a perfect travel accessory; it will easily carry an iPad. 2 front pockets with lots of uses—travel guides, supplemental battery packs, charging cords etc (also has 2 zippered pockets for these). My brother admitted mine and I’m planning to buy him one for Christmas. My only complaint (definitely not a deal killer) is that the shoulder strap doesn’t have any strap holes like belts do and the strap inevitably slips as you’re walking—annoying but that’s all.
Review: Worth it - I use this as a purse and love it. Strap is wide enough that it does not dig into my shoulder. Makes me wish I had bought this a long time ago.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it
*by T***D on September 23, 2026*

I use this as a purse and love it. Strap is wide enough that it does not dig into my shoulder. Makes me wish I had bought this a long time ago.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it, but there are some missed opportunities
*by A***R on May 4, 2024*

Pros: I love the style of the bag and it will hold most anything that you need to carry for the day. I am able to carry my 13" MacBook Air when I need to, but it does take up a lot of space in the bag. I carry my iPad with me most of the time and it fits fine. The style is wonderful. I added some velcro on the front for morale patches and stuff. The strap is long enough for me to carry it cross body, and I am a big guy. I have to adjust it down if I am carrying over a single shoulder. It is perfect for a man purse for everyday use. Cons: There were some missed opportunities with this bag. The front pocket on the flap only goes about 4" deep. The only thing I can carry in that pocket is my passport and a pen. It is very shallow. The pocket could have been made the length of the flap to give it some extra space. The pocked on the back side of the bag is even more shallow. It is maybe 3" deep. I can only keep my keys in it. Not even my iPhone (not the big one, the regular sized one) will fit in the back pocket. The same is true for the inside small zippered pocket. I can only fit my wallet in it. Verdict: If one were to ask if I would buy it again, I would say I would. For me the pros outweigh the cons. I love the style and it carries most everything I need for a day. If you need a bag with larger pockets, you may need to look at other options. If you just need a messenger bag or a man purse, this will fit the bill.
